He is no longer a Premier League player but after his former club Manchester City appeared at a Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing last week, next week it will be Samir Nasri’s turn.
Nasri was awarded the sum by Fifa on 5 November, 2019 after Antalyaspor failed to meet payment dates agreed when he left the club in January 2018, a month before he was suspended for six months for a doping offence.
Antalyaspor have requested a CAS hearing for a final decision on the matter.
Nasri, 32, who won the title twice with City after joining the Blues from Arsenal and had a spell at West Ham after his suspension expired, joined Anderlecht on a 12-month deal last summer.
