The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, has sacked his Personal Assistant, Alhaji Khuzaimah Osman.
The indefinite suspension of Alhaji Osman was announced in a statement released by the Chief Imam’s office, Thursday.
“…in Consultation with his Advisory Board, has indefinitely suspended Alhaji Khuzaimah Osman from acting as an officer of the National Chief Imam Office with immediate effect,” the statement read in parts.”
The statement was signed by the Secretary to the Chief Imam’s Advisory Board, Alhaji Ali Kadiri-English.
It is not clear why Alhaji Osman was fired, however, the same release which announced his sack also warned the public not to deal with him in any capacity associated to the Chief Imam or his office.
“Alhaji Khuzaimah Osman, henceforth, ceases to be the P. A. to the National Chief Imam, the Executive Director of Sunset Fund, I.LP.A.S.E.C, and all other positions he holds on behalf of His Eminence the National Chief Imam.”
The statement also announced his replacement as Dr Mohammed Marzuk Abubakar Azindoo.
