ASEPA DRAGS ‘Mysterious’ Killers of J.B Danquah to ICC

Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) has taken the unsolved murder case of Joseph Boakye Danquah, the late New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North to the International Criminal Court (ICC) Whatsup News can confirm.

It is unclear exactly when ASEPA filed the case with the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC, but the ICC issued a response on March 30, 2020, acknowledging receipt.

“The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court acknowledges receipt of your documents/letter. This communication has been duly entered in the Communications Register of the Office. We will give consideration to this communication as appropriate, in accordance with provisions of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court,” said the ICC.

However, the court quickly added that they cannot say for certain whether an investigation int the matter would be investigated or not. “Please note this acknowledgement letter does not mean an investigation has been opened, nor that an investigation will be opened by the Office of the Prosecutor,” the letter cautioned.

J.B Danquah was murdered in cold blood almost four years ago and the trail of his alleged killers have been locked in a curious shroud of conspiracy. Daniel Asiedu had named several politicians as accomplices. However, the name that stands out is that of Kennedy Agyapong, the NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central.

Several names have been making the rounds as being behind the alleged contract killing, prominent among these names are those of the NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong.

 Other names such as Ahmadu Sorogoh, the former MP for Abokobi-Madina, Nana Obiri Boahen, the Deputy General Secretary of the NPP, Stan Dogbe, a former Presidential Aide to President John Dramani Mahama and several others, have popped up in the conspiracy.

The name of the deceased wife, Ivy Hayward-Mills has also been mentioned in the conspiracy.

The alleged killer who is currently under trail Daniel Asiedu “Sexy Don Don”, has allegedly made several tape recording where some of these names have been mentioned. He has also mentioned the names in court in a curious trial that appears to have no end in sight.
