Ahmed Suale’s Alleged Murderer Gives ‘Chop Money’ To His Widow

Notorious Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong who has been fingered for instituting the assassination of investigative journalist, Ahmed Hussein Suale, in 2019, has reportedly doled out Ghc50,000 to a second wife of the martyred journalist.

Ken Agyapong’s supposed generous gesture was reported on his own Net 2 TV by one of his workers, Kwaku Annan.

According to Annan, the donation was in reaction to the unknown woman’s recent cry for help on the Facebook Timeline of the Islamic group, Iqra.

If it is true, then it means that Ahmed Suale’s second wife has received money from the hands of a man who has been described as the brain behind her husband’s killing.

It would be recalled that Ken Agyapong was the one who blew the cover of the hitherto unknown face of Suale who has been working most of his career as an undercover journalist.

After Suale has investigated an alleged bribery scandal involving the disgraced former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, Kwasi Nyantakyi and the Jubilee House, a peeved Ken Agyapong had publicly aired Suale’s photographs and had gone ahead to call on members of the public to lynch the undercover journalist.

Soon after that, the young journalist was waylaid in traffic at Madina and shot by unknown gunmen on a motorbike. Suale died on the spot.

And Agyapong’s reason for placing a bounty of Suale’s head was because the investigation involving the Jubilee House and Nyantakyi had soiled the reputation of the governing party.

In the revelations, the renowned undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas and Suale used their controversial journalism style of secret recordings to capture Nyantakyi, soliciting for a US$8million bribe from for President Akufo Addo, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and some other ministers, to cede massive infrastructural contract to a group of investors associated with the former GFA boss.

Meanwhile, following Suale’s supposed second wife’s claim on Iqra that Anas had abandoned them and the journalist’s four children to their fate and that the children had dropped out of school as a result, Tiger Eye PI, Anas’ company, released a statement debunking the claim.

The company also revealed the supposed second wife had long remarried and relocated to Ashiaman with her new husband.
