The La Nkwantanang Madina District Division of the Ghana Police has arrested two persons for allegedly sodomizing a 16-year-old boy.
The two are Daniel Arthur, 25, and Clinton Adofo, 39.
According to the Police, the victim reported at the station that he was raped while he was asleep in Clinton Adofo’s house.
He had woken up at about 1:00 am, after he felt an unusual penetration in his anus.
Then he saw Adofo, a football coach, and Arthur, a friend of Adofo’s sodomizing him with cream on their manhood for easy penetration.
The two have been charged with unnatural carnal knowledge according to the Police.
They have since been arraigned and granted bail at the Domestic Violence Court No. 5 in Accra.
However, the suspects are still in police custody due to their inability to meet their bail conditions.
The case has since been adjourned to November 8, 2021.
Meanwhile, in East Gonja Municipality of the Northern Region, a Social Studies teacher of Kulpi Junior High School is standing trial for allegedly sodomizing 18 pupils of the school.
