One more victim has died of the coronavirus disease in the country, bringing the total number of deaths to 784.
According to the Ghana Health Service (GHS) update, 52 new infections were also recorded as of May 24, 2021, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,138.
17 of the new cases are severe while 6 are critical according to the update.
According to the update, 93,775 people have been infected by the disease while 91,853 have recovered and or been discharged.
