Frema Opare Osei Retained As Chief Of Staff As Akufo-Addo Names First Batch Of Ministers

President Akufo-Addo has maintained Frema Osei Opare as his Chief of Staff as he names the first batch of Ministerial appointees for his second term, Whatsup News has gathered.

Similarly retained is National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah, whose “Slay Queen” girlfriend exposed last year dancing almost half-naked on camera.

Education Minister in Akufo-Addo’s first term, Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has been designated for the Energy Ministry, where MP for Hohoe, John Peter Amewu used to be Minister. Amewu has been named the Minister-designate for Roads and Highways.

Meanwhile, former deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Adutwum, has been elevated as Minister-designate for Education. Hon. Osei Akoto is Minister-designate for Agriculture as well.

Former Deputy Chiefs of Staff at the Presidency Hon. Asenso Boakye and Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor have been nominated as Ministers- designate for the Ministry of Works and the Ministry of Lands respectively. 

President Akufo-Addo has also named Hon. Yeboah Asiamah as Minister of Transport Designate.

A total of nine people were named in the first batch of Ministerial appointments from the Akufo-Addo Jubilee House.
