The 2020 Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama will have his nomination forms for the Presidential election, filed tomorrow.
Party General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, alias General Mosquito, will do the filing at the Electoral Commission’s Headquarters on Wednesday, the NDC has confirmed.
The former President announced to followers that he gave General Mosquito the go-ahead to do the filing tomorrow after reviewing the forms and signing.
“Today, I reviewed my nomination forms and signed the relevant portions for filing. General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia will tomorrow, Wednesday, file the nomination papers at the Electoral Commission on my behalf,” the former President said.

Meanwhile, Mahama will officially launch his national campaign in Sefwi Wiawso in the Western North Region tomorrow.
The launch on the 7th of October will be broadcast live across the country and will be dubbed “the Retail Campaign”.
According to NDC communication, the former President will deliver a nationwide address in which he will call on all party members, especially, executives across the country to hit the ground with the NDC’s Peoples Manifesto and explain it out to voters.
WhatsUp News has heard that the 2020 Campaign is mostly going to be house-to-house focused and will entail party loyalists meeting voters on a personal level to sell the NDC’s message.
The campaign launch starts at 11 am on Wednesday, according to available information.
