“I used my  MP’s share of National Health Insurance Fund, and other resources to construct the Reproductive and Child Health Center ( RCH) in Zabzugu Township as my contribution to improve healthcare delivery in the constituency”.

“An attempt to smuggle my project which I personally sponsored and funded is an act of desperation on the part of the Minister and the Nana Addo led government”

“The Ministry should rectify the false impression created by the its data collection on health facilities constructed by this regime and apologize to the people of Zabzugu for deception” Hon Umar demanded.
