Petty thieves Burgle Regional Police Commander’s Office - WhatsUp News

Petty thieves Burgle Regional Police Commander’s Office

Suspected thieves have burgled the office of the Tema Regional Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) Commander Superintendent Owusu Bempah, Whatsup News has learnt.

The fact that the office is located within the supposedly Tema Community 1 police station did not deter the burglars who sneaked into the police commander’s office through his windows.

They reportedly carted away his television sets, a laptop, a cable TV decoder and a sum of GHC 13.00.

The brazen heist has shocked the commander who is still coming to terms with how a police station could fall victim to petty burglary.

According to reports, the Tema Regional police which was caught sleeping on the job by the thieves, have begun investigations into the matter.
