Minority Has Gathered Evidence On Adwoa Sarfo’s Impersonation …Ablakwa

North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has revealed that the Minority in Parliament has gathered evidence on the alleged impersonation of Dome-Kwabenya MP, Sara Adwoa Sarfo, during the vote to overturn the rejection of the 2022 budget.

Accra based Myjoyonline reports that Mr. Ablakwa denied the Minority had abandoned a quest to ascertain the veracity of allegations that the MP who was in the United States at the time, had been impersonated by another person in the Majority’s desperation to get the needed number of MPs to overturn the rejection of the budget.

“It has not been abandoned at all. We have gathered the evidence that we set out to put together. Our evidence is ready and intact and we took a decision that the leadership of the NDC Caucus, at the right time, will put out the evidence that we have gathered,” Ablakwa stated.

“If it was abandoned, we wouldn’t have gone further to carry out investigations to even solicit external expertise. A lot has gone on behind the scenes but it is about timing and strategy,” he said.

Hon. Ablakwa’s tone gives the impression that the Minority has confirmed Adwoa Sarfo was indeed impersonated.

WhatsUp News has heard the Dome Kwabenya MP was impersonated by a cousin of hers as a last resort by the desperate NPP majority group which could not fly down Adwoa Sarfo from the US on time to get her to votes.

According to information, in the bid to get the Dome Kwabenya MP who has been holding the government ransom by her relocation, down from the US, the Jubilee House had rented a private jet for her at a cost of about GHC 1 million.

The loudmouthed Assin Central MP, Ken Agyapong has also revealed the Akufo-Addo Jubilee House paid Adwoa Sarfo a Ghc120,000 bribe to entice her back home.

However, despite these arrangements, Adwoa Sarfo could not arrive on time and so the NPP arranged for her impersonator to vote in parliament in her place, which is a serious crime.

Adwoa Sarfo is claiming that she was not impersonated. “I cannot force Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa, who is my friend on the other side, to dress the way I want him to dress, that is an insult to womanhood so those making that noise should withdraw,” she is on record to have said.
