John Mahama Mourns Dzifa Attivor

Former President John Mahama has sent condolences to the family of the late Madam Dzifa Aku Attivor, former Minister of Transport in the erstwhile Mahama government.

In a post on his Facebook timeline, Mr. Mahama eulogizes Madam Attivor as a selfless and resourceful woman who was a great blessing to the NDC and others, saying her loss is a painful one.

“We are struggling to come to terms with her departure….My deepest condolences to her family, friends and the NDC in the wake of this painful loss,” the former President wrote.

Madam Attivor reportedly died on Tuesday after a short illness

“May the soul of our sister and mother, Dzifa Aku Attivor, rest peacefully.

Dzifa was a very dedicated comrade; she was always ready and willing to get things done, for our party, the NDC, and help others in need. She will be sorely missed by all, especially the Volta Region NDC and the teeming number of our people operating under the Volta Caucus across the country,” the former President wrote.
