Peki-Kpeve Road Suddenly Gets Face-Lift Because Of Akufo-Addo’s Volta Tour

The Akufo-Addo government is scrambling to save face over its utter lack of infrastructural imprint in the Volta Region ahead of a tour by President Akufo-Addo, with frantic construction of the notorious Peki-Kpeve road suddenly being constructed.

The road contractor has scrambled to the site and is frantically fixing the road because the President will apparently ply the road which has been in a bad state for a long time.

It is expected that after the tour the contractor will vanish from site again.

The Akufo-Addo government, like previous administrations, has a reputation for suddenly staging pretentious infrastructural development when the President is touring a region and then undertaking disappearing acts immediately after the President’s tour is over.
