John Boadu, Ken Agyapong, Sammy Awuku Set For Disposal

Should the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) win the next general elections, prominent faces in the party like the loudmouthed NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, National Organiser, Sammy Awuku and General Secretary John Boadu will be gotten rid of, according to a secret operational manual reportedly introduced by the inner sanctum of President Akufo Addo.

The rather shocking manual titled Agyapadie to wit “Inheritance” in Twi, elaborates on how to “prop up Kojo Oppong Nkrumah in a subtle way,” as a future presidential candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) and how to get rid of the “loose cannon” Kennedy Agyapong, the “excessive” womanising Samuel Awuku and the “drunkard” John Boadu.

The manual whose introduction was allegedly written by Finance Minister and nephew to President Akufo Addo, Ken Ofori-Atta described Kennedy Agyapong as a “very important,” whom the party must defend till after the 2020 elections and latter discard him by starving him of contracts and funds as well as leaking his secrets to aid his prosecution. It is important for the dossier to be prepared on him and deliberately leaked through our friends in the opposition, who will for his prosecutor,” the leaked manual stated suggests.

“…his deep pocket, his financing of the grassroots affirms our dire need of him at all cost in the 2020 elections. While conceding him magnanimity towards the base, his trenchant for being a loose cannon, in attacking persons, who should be left alone, is sometimes worrying. As a result, he must eventually be weaned off, as our project reaps dividends; to need less and less of his funding. His self-confessed unbridled quest for personal wealth is a potential threat to causing us to suffer needless exposure,” it said.

For Sammy Awuku, there is a similar admiration for his work, but he will also be disposed of after the 2020 elections to allow the current Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah to assume a meteoric rise to the top in the party, according to the curious manual.

“Sammy is a very good material with excellent political prospects. His loyalty to Nana should be acknowledged to encourage him to repeat his 2016 efforts of getting to the grounds to mobilize the Youth. It is imperative, however, to watch his seeming rift with Kojo Oppong Nkrumah. His loyalty beyond the term of Nana cannot be guaranteed. Hence the need to go all out and prop up Kojo Oppong Nkrumah in a subtle way,” the leaked document reads.

It went further to highlight Sammy Awuku’s weaknesses that may be a cause for bother to the party after the 2020 elections, including his flirtation with women and the “Kufour Camp”.

The instruction manual reads: “It may be instructive to prepare pieces of information regarding his encounters with women, which appears to be in excess in his case. It makes him vulnerable to blackmail as a National Organizer and key campaign person. It is perhaps important to limit his access to the inner circle and cordon him off gradually by introducing Mustapha Hameed during the final bouts of the campaign…A key point, however, is a much dangerous flirtation with the Kufour camp, an aspect which raises serious questions regarding the need to contain him.”

As for the current General Secretary of the NPP, John Boadu, the Agyapadie manual was full of negative reviews on his stewardship.

“It is perhaps not good to admit publicly but his performance has been short of all General Secretaries. Going forward, we should manage the level of competence which faces us as a serious political party. His actions and inactions are a complete definition of wealth accumulation agenda. His blatant involvement in Galamsey in the Wassa, if found, could be an embarrassing affair,” it said about John Boadu.

It went on to cite his alcoholism and womanising as a vulnerability that could affect the party and that there is the need to cover him for now by “importing” the sacked General Secretary of the party, Kwabena Agyapong. The manual reads: “Unfortunately his alcohol addiction and weakness regarding women makes him hugely vulnerable. He has very little to offer in the 2020 elections and there is a need to import Agyarko, Papa Owusu Ankomah and Kwabena Agyapong to paper over potential flaws coming out of his actions”

Whatsup News has seen a copy of a 34-page document that captures an outlook to further plans that the Akyem bloc within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) had hatched to make the rest of Ghana a vassal state of sorts to Ofori Panin Fie immediately Akufo-Addo won the 2016 elections.

The very tribalistic lingo of the write up captures the thinking that the Akyems are superior to other tribes because they were never defeated in tribal wars in the past, but has been forced to live in the supposed shadows of other tribes such as the Ashantis.

A direct reference is made to Asante, a dominant stakeholder tribe in the ruling NPP, which the document warns, must have its influence tamed within the NPP and Ghana as a whole, by ensuring that a grand project to elevate Akyem over all other tribes is shrewdly worked around the Asante.

“With the arrival of Nana, we see the rebirth of a second J.B. Danquah who has come to the rescue…fully cognizant that we are currently part of the modern nation of Ghana, (the name of which was originally proposed by the illustrious son of Ofori Paninfie of Okyeman, J.B. Danqah) and aware that it is currently made up of other diverse peoples, we have to assert our old selves and ensure that we no longer continue to live in the shadows of other kings and people, whose forebears we defeated in wars,” read the forward reportedly written by Ken Ofori-Atta.

“Currently, with Nana in total control of the whole entity of Ghana, we have a duty to ensure that we take over the commanding heights of the essential fabric of the country in order that even in the event, that Nana leaves the scene after the mandatory eight years, the sons and daughters of Okyeman would be firmly secured and such control, both financially and economically, that we can no longer be ignored in the battle to control the destiny of Ghana,” the introduction of the document revealed.

The document’s content is disturbingly elaborate that its content is almost unbelievable as its authentici
