Ghana’s Black Stars B will cross swords with Ivory Coast in the semi finals of the ongoing WAFU Cup in Senegal.
The Black Stars B booked a place in the last four after beating Burkina Faso on penalties following an entertaining 1-1 draw in regulation time.
On the other hand Ivory Coast booked their ticket via the same route beating Togo 4-2 on penalties after a scoreless outcome in regulation time.
The game between the two West African neighbours has been slated for October 8 at 8.00pm with the winner picking one of two tickets for the finals.
Coach Maxwell Konadu’s charges must see off competition from Ivory Coast before pursuing a back-to-back WAFU Cup.
