Striker Kwame Kizito says he was paid more playing for Ittihad Tripoli than what he is currently receiving in Sweden.
The 23-year-old spent just one season in the north country because of the political crises and violence.
After the expiration of his contract in October 2018, Kizito was snapped up by BK Hacken on a free transfer with the lanky forward signing a three-year contract
”In 2017, I think I was supposed to go to Häcken. However, there were some difficulties with my team in Ghana [Hearts of Oak], so I couldn’t go there,” the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations winner told Fotbollskanalen.
”I went to another country (Libya), but when I returned home, Häcken offered me a contract.
”My agent and Sonny (Karlsson, sports manager in Häcken) talked and Häcken wants me, so I went there.” Kizito signed for another Swedish Allsvenskan side Falkenberg early this year after just one season at Hacken.
