Immigration Is Not Issuing Admission Letters To Successful Recruits Yet

…Service tells applicants

The Immigration Service has warned that it has not started issuing admission letters to successful persons who applied for the recent enlistments into the service.

In a recruitment fraud alert issued by the Service, it said that claims that it is issuing letters and messages directing them to report to its offices for medical examinations are most probably shenanigans by fraudsters.

“All such applicants are hereby cautioned that the service is yet to publish the final list of successful candidates for the next stage,” the alert signed by Supt. Michael Amoako-Atta, Head of Public Relations, said.

It advised all applicants to ignore messages directing them to the Immigration Service Academy and Training School for letters and medicals warning fraudsters on social media are likely behind it.

“The service would like to assure applicants and the general public that the recruitment process is fair and transparent, giving equal opportunity to all applicants to be considered for placement into GIS,” an overwhelmed GIS said.
