A gory accident on the Accra-Kumasi road has reportedly left 14 persons dead and over 80 seriously injured.The gory accident involving an STC bus and another commercial bus happened on the Kyekyewere stretch of the Accra – Kumasi Highway this dawn, Whstsup News has gathered.
According to eyewitnesses, a DAF Cargo Truck reportedly heading towards Burkina Faso on the Kumasi stretch burst a tyre sending the DAF to spin out of control the driver and slam into two buses coming from the opposite direction.
The Buses involved include an STC bus with registration number GE 8131-16 and another Bus with registration Number GT4997 -20.
The bodies of the dead have since been deposited the morgue.
