Excommunicated former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Koku Anyidoho, has confirmed petitioning the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to investigate Accra FM presenter, Kwabena Bobie Ansah, over a video containing allegations against him that have aired on video-sharing site, YouTube.
Mr. Anyidoho who has been on an open vendetta against his own party after he was sacked, also confirms in an Asempa FM interview that he has made the demand for an inquest into the death of the late former President Atta Mills, to clear his name.
The petition had been dated 10th February 2022. In it, Koku Anyidoho draws attention to a YouTube video by a certain JM Ba Kwadwo, which he said contained open verbal threats on him, including a brazen notice of plans to attack him.
“Also, I am widely accused of having a hand in the death of late President John Atta Mills, which sad event occurred on 24th July 2012. I am also accused of going to shrines with the pictures of former President John Dramani Mahama with the sole aim of using foul means to end his life,” Anyindoho stated
“I also take the opportunity to request for an official inquest into the death of the late President Atta Mills to clear my name and save my reputation,” Anyidoho’s petition to the CID said.
