Kojo Tsikata To Be Given Private Family Funeral

Late former National Security Chief, Capt. (Rtd) Kojo Tsikata will be given a private funeral, according to family sources.

The late Tsikata’s family which said in an official death announcement that the low-profile arrangement is the wish of the late former security chief feared for his covert strategies during the dictatorship of late ex-President Jerry John Rawlings..

“The family of Captain Kojo Tsikata (Rtd) regrets to announce his passing in the early hours of Saturday, 20th November 2021. He was 85. In accordance with his wishes the family will be making arrangements for a private family funeral,” the family statement read.

The statement is signed by Fui S. Tsikata and Col. Joshua Agbotui (rtd).
