Supreme Court Will Overturn Anti-Gay Bill After Parliament Passes It

The Founder and Leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has said that the anti-gay Bill before Ghana’s Parliament will surely see passage but that the resultant law will be annulled by the Supreme Court.

He gave the prophecy on Accra-based 3 FM.

According to him, the “Proper Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill 2021” which seeks to criminalize gay sex, promotion and activism in Ghana, will be passed by March 2022. 

However, three prominent citizens will challenge the law at the Supreme Court and the court will nullify the law on grounds of human rights.

A raging debate has currently engulfed Ghana following the Private Members’ bill seeking to criminalize homosexuality.#
