Eric Asare, a man suspected to have robbed and murdered a businessman at Opeikuma, Central Region, has been nabbed by the Kasoa Police.
Asare is alleged to have gunned down Stephen Entsi at the Opeikuma bus stop in a robbery operation with an accomplice at Opeikuma junction.
Entsi’s assailants, now believed to be Asare and his yet-to-be-named accomplice, had robbed and killed him using a black motorcycle.
Central Regional Police Commander, DCOP Habiba Twumasi Sarpong, told journalists the suspect was arrested at Gomoa Buduburam around 3 pm on Monday after a tip-off.
He will be interrogated and processed for court.
