Gangster MP, Hawa Koomson, Shares Free Fuel For Votes

Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East, Hawa Koomson, is sharing free fuel to commercial drivers in her Constituency for votes, Whatsup News has heard.

Drivers who ply the Kasoa-Accra road are receiving between Ghc50 and Ghc100 worth of fuel from the MP, who has developed a gangster reputation after she stormed a registration center, during the voter registration exercise and opened fire in public.

In the fuel-for-votes campaign , taxi drivers are given Ghc50 to buy fuel while commercial minibus drivers (trotro) are given ghc100 to buy fuel.

Nobody knows where Hawa Koomson, who is also the Minister for Special Development Initiatives is getting the funding for the expensive venture.

Meanwhile, following the gangster raid she led at the Steps to Christ registration center in Kasoa, criminal prosecution against her have been virtually stopped, after the officer handling the case was transferred for refusing to make the case a foolish one.

The National Democratic Congress has vowed to prosecute her if it is voted into power in December, for the government’s ‘One Village, One Dam,” program under which dugouts were built and passed off as dams.

During the past rainy season, many of the dugouts were washed away.

Over the weekend, Hawa Koomson also tried to evade a visitation to the Constituency by the Small Arms Commission, whose members had gone to Kasoa to get politicians to pledge to peace during the 2020 elections.

The MP avoided the small arms commission staff at her office. After several hours, however, the insistent commission members located her and got the gangster MP to commit to peace.
