Beyond flawless skin and unique interpretation, Mrs. Bello enjoys a reputation for an open mind, flexibility and results-driven work ethic. Mrs. Bello worked with several non-governmental organizations in training women from mainly impoverished communities to learn her trade to empower themselves in the future and take them off the street and also save them from the woes of the unknown.
Hasard Beauty College in partnership with the Ministry of Gender and social protection, the National youth employment agency and Radio Kejetia to train 10,000 women in make-up artistry in pursuit of women advancement and empowerment in the less privileged regions of Ghana.
In view of the above, Hasard Beauty College is opened to partnerships both home and abroad to give the less privilege opportunities in the beauty industry to unearth talents and grow these talents for their future.
