Yussif Jajah presents 30KV power Generator to Mamoobi General Hospital

The Member of Parliament for Ayawaso North Hon. Yussif Jajah donates 30KV power Generator to the Mamoobi General Hospital.  As part of effort to ensure effective health delivery in Mamobi General Hospital, the MP presented a brand new generator to the maternity-block of the only hospital that serves   the constituency. The donation is to help make service delivery possible when there is power outage from the National grid (Dumsor)

At a brief handing over ceremony held at the hospital premises, Hon. Jajah noted that the donation of the generator has become necessary due to the peculiar problem faced by the hospital with regards to electricity.

“We all know the peculiar problem with regards to electricity in this Maamobi General Hospital, we have a generator on standby but unfortunately the generator cannot absorb all the load of the hospital or total capacity of the hospital” Jajah said.

“This donation forms part of my health fund and I intend to do more and for other health centres in the constituency”. The legislator added.

At the ceremony were chiefs,Imams, the municipal health director,the Mamobi General hospital medical supt., opinion leaders, and section of constituents.
