President Akufo-Addo is commencing a tour of the Volta Region from Monday, the 4th of November.
Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, who announced this today said the President will undertake a range of activities including attending durbars, commissioning infrastructure and interacting with students, on the tour.
“He will kick off the tour in the Ho Central Constituency with a meeting of the regional Security Council, he will then depart to Adaklu and Akatsi to inspect infrastructure projects and also attend the 30th anniversary of the Akatsi district Assembly
“President Akufo-Addo will then grace the durbar of the Chiefs and people of Aflao as part of his tour.
“On Tuesday the 6th of November, the President will interact with students and tutors of selected senior High Schools in Ho and Vakpo. He will also attend durbars in Dzelukope, Kpeve as well and commission a dormitory block for the Vakpo senior high school. “He is also expected to visit the Volta Star Textiles Limited and lay a foundation stone for the railway project which is now being expanded to some other parts of that enclave
